I’m Richard Rodriguez, an Army Veteran, real estate investor, and founder of Real Right Consulting. I didn’t come from wealth or privilege — I came from the Bronx, where discipline, resilience, and survival were learned early. After serving in the military, I realized something that changed my life: veterans are given one of the most powerful wealth-building tools in America — the VA loan — yet most are never taught how to use it strategically.
